Resort Lifestyle Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a courteous part-time Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents. You will support daily appointments, activities, and outings, and operate the shuttle with a wheelchair lift to help residents stay active and independent.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule ~20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area and ability to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including electronic and paper maps.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation that helps residents stay active, engaged, and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs by operating the wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides on time by managing transportation requests and reducing wait times.
• Maintain a well-kept, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and inspections.
• Support the team during downtime by taking on small maintenance or custodial tasks.
