Resort Lifestyle Communities in Omaha, NE is seeking a part-time Bus Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and outings. You’ll support independence and mobility, operate the shuttle, and assist with wheelchairs and lifts while keeping a friendly, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates are 25+, hold a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and can navigate local routes with confidence. This role offers a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule around 20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation to residents for appointments, activities, and outings.
• Assist residents with mobility needs, operate wheelchair lift and secure wheelchairs.
• Keep rides on time by managing requests and reducing wait times.
• Maintain a clean, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and inspections.
• Support the team during downtime with light maintenance or custodial tasks.

As a Bus Driver,you’llprovide safe, reliable, and friendly transportation that helps residents stay active andmaintaintheir independence.You’llsupport their daily appointments, activities, and community outings, ensuring that each trip is smooth and enjoyable.

• Must be at least 25 years of age or older with avaliddriver's license,clean drivingrecord,andableto drivethe community shuttle bus safely.
• Able toworka part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible availability to meet the needs of the residents.
• Strong communicationskills and the ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area is needed to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including both electronic and paper maps.
