Spring Oak Senior Living at Lexington is seeking a dependable Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver to transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, recreational outings, and other scheduled activities.

This position involves driving our 12-passenger, wheelchair-accessible lift bus and assisting residents as needed. The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least three years of driving experience, and a courteous, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of three years licensed driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a 12-passenger wheelchair-accessible lift bus.
• Experience working with seniors or mobility-impaired individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents using company-provided vehicles.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Safely operate the wheelchair lift and assist residents with mobility needs.
• Provide patient, courteous, and respectful service.
• Follow all traffic laws and safe-driving practices.
• Communicate with residents and team members regarding transportation schedules.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
