Caleres’ Famous Footwear store in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about creating an unbeatable customer experience. You will inspire teammates, coach selling behaviors, and drive store results while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

You will own daily operations, mentor associates, and ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and store presentation. The role rewards enthusiasm, reliability, and a love of shoes.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or relevant management experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
