Job summary

Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. You’ll create a welcoming in-store culture, coach teammates, and ensure the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.

You’ll drive sales with purpose, manage pricing and inventory, and embody the Famous Feeling in every customer interaction. You are a team player who stays informed on fashion trends, mentors associates, and helps customers find the perfect fit while championing

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
