Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead who loves shoes and delivering the best store experience. You will inspire the team, coach selling behaviors, and own daily operations to ensure customer connections and consistent brand standards across services and products.

You will drive sales, lead by example, and foster a positive, inclusive culture that empowers associates to exceed goals while delivering the Famous Feeling to every customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail management or supervising teams.
• Strong customer service and sales coaching skills.
• Able to mentor associates and drive store performance.
• Willing to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
