Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and become a people manager.
• Able to open/close the store and work alone at times.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Help restock the sales floor.
• Keep store neat and clean; lead and train others.
• Lead the team to ensure great customer service.
• Make bank deposits.
• Process freight and set the floor as shipments arrive.
