Shoe Sensation, Inc. in New Ulm, MN is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time to lead during shifts, greet customers, and help drive sales. This entry-level management role includes teaching teammates, stocking, and processing deposits while maintaining a high-energy store environment.

You will ring up purchases, guide customers, and lead the team to deliver the best shopping experience. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing to open/close the store and be alone on shifts when required.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb a ladder and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales, take cash or run credit cards.
• Help restock the sales floor and keep it neat.
• Teach others how to perform tasks and lead the team on duty.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank and process freight as it arrives.
