Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager to join our sales team in a part-time, entry-level management role. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and help customers while ensuring smooth operations and strong service.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking, and guiding the team to deliver an excellent shopping experience. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and transportation.
• Willing to open/close the store and work alone at times.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Restock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Teach others how to perform tasks above.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
