Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation.
• Willing to learn how to manage people and teach others.
• Willing to open/close the store and handle occasional lone-operator shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales, process payments and run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor and keep store neat and clean.
• Lead the team and help onboard new associates when on duty.
• Make deposits at the bank and set the sales floor as shipments arrive.
