Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about shoes and delivering an engaging in-store experience. You’ll create a welcoming environment, drive sales, and share trends with customers while embodying our Famous Culture.

You’ll support daily operations and help customers find the perfect fit. As a team player, you’ll participate in training, contribute to a positive store vibe, and uphold integrity and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to work with Store Sales Manager on independent judgment.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices; able to work in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-store and build loyal customer relationships.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stay informed about trends and share knowledge with customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and brands.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals and drive customer satisfaction.
