Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming store environment and deliver engaging customer experiences. You will support daily operations, help customers find the right shoes, and contribute to a team-driven sales culture.

You’ll be a culture ambassador, stay informed about fashion trends, and collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Champion our culture with stellar customer engagement and brand experiences.
• Drive sales with purpose and urgency to achieve goals, with clear team communication.
• Uphold company policies and seek feedback to improve skills and performance.
