Job summary

Talentify in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving. You will receive, stock, and ship materials, document inventory, and assist with truck unloading on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a 2nd shift from 3PM to 2:30AM.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and experience with carriers like UPS or FedEx. OT is available and required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year shipping experience, preferably with UPS or FedEx.
• Experience in shipping/receiving in warehouse or distribution settings.
• Ability to input and track materials in a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against shipping documents.
• Stock products on shelves to keep inventory organized.
• Assist with unloading trucks and safe handling of materials.
• Input inventory data into the computer system to keep records current.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with packaging, labeling, and carrier documentation.
• Operate a sit-down forklift following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and communicate discrepancies.
