Payroll4Construction.com is seeking a part-time Shipping Coordinator in Strongsville, OH to verify and prepare all shipping packages. You will coordinate UPS, FedEx and USPS pickups, meet end-of-day deadlines and assist clients with tracking shipments.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, customer service skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with an emphasis on reliable, accurate shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all shipping package verification before departure from Payroll4construction.com.
• Coordinate UPS, FedEx and USPS pickups and meet end-of-day shipping deadlines.
• Arrange extra pickups as needed for UPS, FedEx and USPS.
• Assist clients in tracking packages when needed.
• Act as a liaison between shipping companies and our clients.
• Manage USPS postage for specified clients.
• Assist in maintaining machines, printers and USPS postage machine.
• Inventory management and accountability for all supplies within Payroll4Construction.com.
