Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to join a client’s warehouse team in Strongsville, OH. The role involves picking, packing, receiving, QA, and inventory tasks on the warehouse floor, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Candidate should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to varying seasonal conditions. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and proactive.
• Able to learn new software and provide feedback on tools used.
• Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Overtime will be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products.
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments.
• Quality control inspection of products.
