Responsibilities

Responsible for all shipping package verification before departure from Payroll4construction.com
Coordinate UPS, FedEx and USPS pickups and meet end-of-day shipping deadlines
Arrange extra pickups as needed for UPS, FedEx and USPS
Assist clients in tracking packages when needed
Act as a liaison between shipping companies and our clients
Manage USPS postage for specified clients
Assist in maintaining machines, printers and USPS postage machine
Inventory management and accountability for all supplies within Payroll4Construction.com
