Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Keystone Heights, FL. You will support the store team, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold a high standard of customer service, while supervising staff when no manager is on site.

You will manage daily store activities, assist customers, maintain shelves and displays, and ensure confidentiality of customer information. This role offers 24 hours weekly with pay between $16.50 and $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical problem-solving are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints per policy.
• Price, stock, and replenish merchandise; maintain displays and signage; follow weekly promos.
