Job summary

CVS Health in Lebanon, TN is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive customer service excellence. You will lead the crew when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting customers, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Eligible for part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of store crew and execution of store operations in absence of management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays according to planograms.
• Open/close procedures and respond to urgent store needs as they arise.
