Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our Lebanon, KY store team. As a key leader, you will support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service, stepping in when no manager is onsite to lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Overtime may be required and addressed as needed.
• Retail supervision experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Supervise staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and resolve questions and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays.
