Job summary

CVS Health in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are offsite, you lead the team and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise staff, assist customers, maintain merchandise, stock shelves, price items, and reset departments after promotional periods.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments after promotions.
