Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

Manage store operations and drive store execution in collaboration with store management and crews.
Lead the store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
Assist customers with questions and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
Price, stock and display merchandise, and reset departments per planograms to maintain attractive shelves.
