Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff, ensure smooth operations and uphold excellent customer service. This role requires coordinating with management, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate merchandising and displays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store staff through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise; reset departments after planograms (POGs).
