Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and great customer service. When a manager is not onsite, you will lead the staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help drive store performance.

You will work about 29 hours weekly with a pay range of $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, and you will benefit from CVS’s comprehensive programs for eligible part-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities and basic computer skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff when manager is absent.
• Coordinate with store management and crews.
• Supervise crew activities and follow-up.
• Communicate information up and down the chain.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price and merchandise products.
• Stock and rotate shelves; manage displays.
• Restock and reset departments per planograms.
