Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed.

The position offers a part-time schedule with 25 hours weekly, paying $16.00 to $23.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred), strong communication and supervision skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions or complaints.
• Supervise merchandise presentation, price and stock shelves.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
