Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role requires strong communication, supervision experience, and flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends. Typical weekly hours are around 29 with pay range $17.00–$26.00 per hour, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and customer loyalty.
• Supervise store crew, assign tasks and follow up.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments and merchandise following planograms (POGs).
