Job summary

CVS Health in Bridgeport, Alabama is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and support the Store Management team in driving execution and customer service excellence.

You will supervise staff, handle opening/closing tasks, assist customers, manage merchandise, and uphold CVS customer service standards while working a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. This role offers pay between $16.50 and $24.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per weekly and promotional needs.
• Reset departments following POGs.
