Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead store staff when managers aren’t onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range of $17.40–$26.40 per hour and 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise and direct store crews with clear assignments and follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions, problems and complaints.
