Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures run smoothly.

You will supervise daily tasks, assist customers, maintain merchandising, and help protect confidential information while promoting a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays according to weekly, promotional and seasonal needs.
