Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store performance with a focus on customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth store operations.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and executing weekly and seasonal displays while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards. Part-time schedule with varied shifts is offered.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per planograms (POGs).
