Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, driving store execution and customer service excellence. The role includes leading the staff when no manager is onsite and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed to maintain smooth operations.

The position requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Education: high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise crews by directing, assigning, and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and oversee merchandising tasks.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and promotions.
