Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part‑Time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not onsite, you lead the store crew, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, stock and price merchandise, and maintain displays while assisting customers with questions.

This role offers 29 hours per week with a pay range of $18.94-$27.94 per hour and a benefits‑eligible part‑time schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and handle complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per promotions and standards.
