CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in optimizing store execution and driving customer satisfaction. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening/closing procedures while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

The role emphasizes supervision, communications with management and crews, and hands-on merchandising, with a focus on delivering an excellent CVS customer experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise activities by directing and following up with the crew.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
