Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Gallatin, TN to support store management, drive store execution, and foster customer service excellence.

You will lead the store team in the manager's absence and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately. A strong mix of communication and supervision skills is required, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
