Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality at all times.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
• Execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays and signage.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise displays and reset departments following planograms (POGs).
