CVS Health in Nashville is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will help drive store execution, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

This role requires flexibility for early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, strong communication and supervisory skills, and a commitment to patient/customer confidentiality. Eligible for a benefits package appropriate for a part-time position.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required to assess store operations.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities needed to lead teams.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store staff and support store management.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while maintaining CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional displays.
• Reset departments according to planograms and maintain inventory.
