Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution while delivering exceptional customer service. This role leads staff when managers aren’t onsite and ensures smooth opening and closing procedures, contributing to a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Ideal candidates will have strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers, address questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture.
