Job summary

CVS Health in Omaha is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and foster excellent customer service. When managers are absent, you lead staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role covers customer service, merchandising, and operations. You’ll supervise crews, price merchandise, restock shelves, reset departments per plans, and resolve shopper questions while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities; basic computer skills required.
• Strong communication and supervisory capabilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with store management and crews to execute plans.
• Supervise crew through assignment, direction and follow-up of tasks.
• Communicate information effectively between management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, assist, thank customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves accurately.
• Execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays and signage.
• Maintain off-shelf merchandise display and organization.
• Reset departments according to plan-of-graphics (POGs).
