Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in California to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and supervise daily operations.

You will supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, maintain product displays, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies while delivering a welcoming CVS experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical ability and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory per promotions and planograms.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
