Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and loyalty through excellent customer service. When the manager is absent, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed for smooth operations.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, handle issues per policy, and manage merchandising and displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and basic computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and coordinate with management to ensure execution of tasks.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage weekly and seasonal displays.
