Job summary

CVS Health in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and boost customer loyalty through excellent service.

When managers are not onsite, you lead the store crew, complete opening and closing procedures, manage merchandising and price updates, and ensure a safe, confidential shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager; ensure store operations run smoothly and openings/closings are completed.
• Assist customers, resolve issues, promote CVS service culture, and protect confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory per promotions
