Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Dallas, GA to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure open/close procedures are completed, while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising a crew, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, and maintaining stock and displays. Flexible scheduling with some early mornings, overnights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is unavailable.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
