Job summary

You will lead the store team in opening/closing, supervise crew, handle customer inquiries, merchandise, and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff in absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing duties are completed.
• Assist customers and handle questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price, stock and merchandise while executing displays and inventory.
• Reset departments after planograms and manage weekly, promotional merchandise.
