Job summary

CVS Health in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and performance. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a high level of customer service.

The role requires strong communication and supervision skills, flexibility in scheduling (early mornings, overnights, weekends), and the ability to handle urgent issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities and communicating with management and crews.
