Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Sharon, MA to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff when managers aren’t onsite, ensuring smooth operations and a strong customer service focus to foster loyalty.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, stocking and pricing merchandise, and maintaining displays while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain store presentation by pricing merchandise, stocking shelves and executing displays.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure confidentiality of customer/patient information.
