Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

The role emphasizes supervising, coordinating tasks, and maintaining CVS customer service standards, with a focus on loyalty and a safe, efficient store experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical thinking and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure open and close procedures.
• Support store management to drive execution and performance.
• Assist customers and resolve issues, maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays
