Job summary

CVS Health seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you lead the team, oversee opening/closing duties and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will assist customers, merchandise, price, stock, and maintain displays while upholding policy and confidentiality. Typical hours are 20 weekly with pay range $16.00-$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are essential.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and protect customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
