Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and completes opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, promoting CVS customer service culture, and ensuring accurate price, display, stock, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions while maintaining privacy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
