Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer satisfaction. When managers are unavailable, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining strong service and confidentiality.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments per plans, with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Preferred but not required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up on tasks and communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve issues to promote CVS customer service culture while protecting confidentiality.
• Merchandise products: price, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly/seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure displays are maintained.
