Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Indian Trail, NC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll guide a crew, ensure guest satisfaction, and model energy and excellence during every shift.

This role includes coaching, training, inventory and cash handling, plus keeping the dining area clean, safe, and running smoothly. Flexible hours—nights, weekends, and holidays—are a must, with competitive pay and tips.

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience considered a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and keep vibes positive.
• Support training and coaching—develop your crew daily.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and operations.
• Fill in across register, grill, line, and prep as needed.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
