QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will motivate staff, ensure great guest experiences, and mentor teammates daily.

• Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
• Keep the guest experience high and vibes positive.
• Support training and coaching for the crew daily.
• Assist in inventory, cash handling, and operations.
• Jump in wherever needed — register, grill, line, prep.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and smoothly running restaurant.
